Welcome to JoJo’s GoGos! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobility equipment rental services in and around New Orleans. By reserving or using our equipment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Us
JoJo’s GoGos is a family-owned business that provides dependable, clean, and easy-to-use mobility equipment—including scooters, wheelchairs, and walkers—for locals and visitors in the New Orleans area.
2. Rental Eligibility
To rent our equipment, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Agree to be responsible for the equipment during the rental period
3. Booking and Payment
- All reservations must be confirmed through our website, phone, or email.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and secure third-party payment processors.
- Prices are subject to change but will be honored once your reservation is confirmed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee or result in partial refunds at our discretion.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Delivery & Pickup
- We deliver to hotels, Airbnbs, cruise terminals, and other locations within our service area.
- Customers are responsible for being present at the agreed time and location.
- Equipment must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time, clean, and in good condition (normal wear is expected).
6. User Responsibilities
By using our equipment, you agree to:
- Use it only for its intended purpose
- Follow all local laws and safety guidelines
- Not modify, damage, or lend the equipment to others
- Immediately report any malfunctions or damage
- Be financially responsible for lost, stolen, or severely damaged items
7. Liability Disclaimer
JoJo’s GoGos is not liable for:
- Injuries, accidents, or damages arising from improper use of equipment
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
- Personal property lost while using our equipment
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate rentals if terms are violated, equipment is misused, or customer conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Orleans Parish.
